annual buddy walk

People with Down syndrome have an extra chromosome, so this race has a little something EXTRA too!  The race is a traditional 5K run with an extra .11 mile dash, in honor of the 3rd copy of the 21st chromosome present in people with Down syndrome.

Our Guilford County Schools Communication Committee unifies our group and stands up for what’s best for our children in the local school district.
