This year we will host our seventh annual 3.21 Dash for Down Syndrome 5k on  Saturday, March 18th!!!. The 3.21 Dash is a 5k with ‘a little something extra’ – an extra .11 mile fun run at the end of the course, bringing the total mileage to 3.21 miles in honor of the third copy of the 21st chromosome that makes individuals with Down syndrome unique. This fun, family-friendly event is a great celebration of our loved ones with Down syndrome, and includes music, dancing, games, and more! Put on your silliest pair of socks to #rockyoursocks, lace up your sneakers, and join us on the 18th!
